The seller is Dada&Rocco d.o.o., Put Križa 15, 21400 Supetar, Croatia – and the customer is a person who orders products offered at this web site and makes payments by direct banking transaction, general postal money order, cash on delivery or by ordering any products from the web shop www.dadaandrocco.com. By ordering and purchasing products from www.dadaandrocco.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Dada&Rocco sells and ships its products to following countries:
- Croatia and Slovenia (shipping cost 30 kuna or 4 euro)
- EU except Croatia and Slovenia (shipping cost 9 euro)
- Other countries: Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Turkey, Kosovo, Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Island, Lichtenstein, Canada, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra (25 euro)
- Rest of the world (shipping cost to be determined)
ORDERING ON DADAANDROCCO.COM WEB SHOP
The customer orders a product or products by filling out the order: selecting the specific product and saving it in the cart. The merchandise is considered ordered when the customer selects a payment method, confirms and sends the order. This ends the process of ordering – the seller will process the order, depending on the selected payment method and after confirming the transfer of funds, and prepare the package for delivery.
The prices of products are in Croatian kunas (HRK) and Euros (EUR).
For Croatian residents: the cost of shipping and delivery is not included in the price of the product unless the order is more than 750,00 kunas in value. In this case, the costs of shipping and delivery will be paid by the seller.
Ordered products can be paid for by direct banking transaction (e-banking and m-banking), general postal money order, cash on delivery, PayPal or by credit and debit cards.
Payments by direct banking transaction or general postal money order
If you choose payment by direct banking transaction or general postal money order, you will receive an e-mail with the preliminary invoice with the information needed to make a payment, including the bank account number to which your payment should be addressed.
You can make a payment by e-banking or m-banking applications, or at your local post office, bank, etc. (valid only for Croatian residents).
All orders should be paid for within 3 days. After that period, the merchandise is no longer considered reserved.
As soon as the transaction is visible, your products will be shipped.

Cash on delivery
By selecting „Cash on delivery“ as a payment method, you can pay for the cost of the order and delivery when the products are delivered at you address. When receiving the package, the customer must check the state of the parcel and report any damage to the courier immediately.
You can pay for your order by PayPal. You must have an active PayPal account with sufficient funds.
Debit and Credit cards
You can purchase items on dadaandrocco.com webshop with following debit and credit cards: Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express.
Deliveries for Croatia and the rest of EU are made by our partner GLS General Logistics Systems Croatia d.d.
The products are packed in an adequate manner, so there is a minimum possibility for damage in transport. At delivery, the customer must check the state of the parcel and report any damage to the courier. The seller is not responsible for damage to parcels during the delivery process.
All ordered merchandise will be delivered (for Croatia and Slovenia) within roughly 15 work days (excluding national and public holidays as well as weekends).
All ordered merchandise to other EU countries will be delivered within 20 workdays (can be prolonged in special cases of which the customer will be informed on time).
The timeframe for delivery and final shipping and delivery cost for all orders from other countries (outside EU), must be determined after the ordering process is complete and it is calculated individually for each order in agreement with the customer.
The customer will be informed about the deadline for delivery in an automated e-mail when ordering.
In special cases, the time for delivery for all orders can be prolonged. Dada&Rocco will inform the customer on time in these situations (by e-mail or phone call).
Cost of delivery
The cost of delivery for Croatia and Slovenia is 30 kn (4 euros). Croatian customers cover the cost of delivery if their order is less than 750 kn in value.
The cost of delivery for the rest of EU is 150 HRK (20 euros). All international customers (including Slovenia) must cover the cost of shipping and delivery in full for all orders.
The final shipping and delivery cost for all orders from other countries (outside EU), must be determined after the ordering process is complete and it is calculated individually for each order in agreement with the customer.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The seller must deliver a fully functional product that is equivalent to the product description on dadaandrocco.com web site. The picture that illustrates the product on the web site doesn’t always present the exact image of the product (possible different shades and hues of materials, monitor settings, etc.).
According to the Customer protection law, in case the customer is dissatisfied with the product in any way, it can be returned or exchanged (not providing the reasons) within 14 days of receiving the package, only in its original and undamaged packaging. When returning or exchanging the merchandise, the customer needs to send it to Dada&Rocco D.O.O., Put Križa 15, and 21400 Supetar, Croatia (noting “Return of merchandise” on the package). The seller isn’t responsible for wrong orders or products ordered by mistake.
When returning the products, the customer must attach a copy of the invoice and a written statement with the bank account number for a refund. If the customer doesn’t provide the bank account information, the refund will not be processed.
The customer can return the merchandise in the following cases:
- Delivery of products not ordered
- Delivery of products that are not equivalent to product description on dadaandrocco.com website
- Deliver of products with visible flaws, production mistakes or damage
In these cases, the customer must provide a written statement and state the viable reason for returning the merchandise with evidence.
In all other cases, the cost of returning the merchandise is covered by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the decrease in value of the products received if it the decrease is a result of mishandling the product unless it was necessary to evaluate the functionality, attributes, and quality of the product.

The customer has the right to return the merchandise in accordance with the Customer Protection law.
